What kind of work do you do?

S.T.D.I. offers CNC Milling with full 4th-axis capabilities, CNC Turning, also including full 4th-axis. Swiss-type CNC Turning, with full 4th-axis up to 30 Degrees Taper, and Precision Grinding.

How many people do you employ?

S.T.D.I. presently employs about 20 people.

What lot sizes can you run?

S.T.D.I. can run almost any lot size you require--from one-piece prototypes to a half a million parts.

What kinds of materials do you work with?

S.T.D.I. has experience with a wide variety of materials including plastics, aluminum, brass, steel, tool steels, stainless steels, and even some exotic materials.

Will you handle work outside U.S.A.?

Yes, S.T.D.I. currently has customers in many other countries, from Canada to South America.

How do I pay for items purchased?

S.T.D.I. will make payment as convenient as possible for you. You can easily open an account with us by simply sending us your banking information and at least three credit references. We also accept all major credit cards and C.O.D. orders.
