S.T.D.I. has been in continuous operation in El Paso, Texas since 1985.

S.T.D.I. originally provided precision perishable tooling and test fixtures to local area wire harness manufacturers. Today, Snapp Tool continues to serve the wiring harness industry with terminal applicator dies and precision perishable tooling and also supplies precision C.N.C. machined parts to many O.E.M. manufacturers.
